Dr. Poulter graduated from both college and medical school at Columbia University in New York City.  She then moved to Chicago, where she completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Memorial Hospital in 2008.  Since 2008 she has remained at Children’s Memorial as an inpatient “hospitalist” pediatrician in the neonatal ICU, and also as a fellow in hematology-oncology.  Dr. Poulter is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, and will be available to see all patients.  We are excited at the additional experience & expertise in hematology and neonatology that she will bring to our staff.

Dr. Poulter will be on-staff at Children’s Hospital, MGH, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.  As always, Dr.’s Poulter, Summers, Barsam, Winterkorn, and Ansel - along with our PNP’s Marnie, Tina, and Jacky - will be working very closely together.  Dr. Poulter shares our belief that in order to give quality care, a group practice needs to be more than individual providers sharing office space.  Our goal instead is to be cohesive in practice and philosophy, so that when you see any one of us, you can be sure you’re getting the benefit of our collective expertise. 

Our front desk will soon be booking appointments with Dr. Poulter for this fall.  We hope you all will join us in welcoming her to our practice!
