We are delighted to announce the creation of the Wellness Center at Children’s Medical Office.
All Behavioral Health appointments (Dr Graham, Lauren and Calvin), Nutrition with Rachel and Medication Management with Jacky will take place at 26 High Street (5 doors to the right)
This expansion will focus on our commitment to address all the needs of our patients and their families.
Services offered will include
mental health evaluations, counseling and treatment, visits
with our dietician, multi-disciplinary ADHD care, and autism
evaluations.
By offering a connected yet separate space for these services, we will be able to provide patients with an
environment tailored to their needs, distinct from our primary care location.
Over time, we plan to expand therapeutic services and add providers, ever evolving for
our community.
