CMO recommends all of our patients be fully vaccinated per AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics), and CDC guidelines Clinics are winding down, so book now! If you have an upcoming well visit, immunizations can be received at the time of your visit.
Appointments must be booked online through MyChart >Schedule an Appointment. If you want both Flu and COVID vaccines, search for a COVID-19 Vaccine appointment. MyChart will ask if you would like the flu vaccine as well during booking.
• Tuesday clinics are drive up– please arrive at your scheduled time as our parking lot gets crowded.
• Friday and Saturday Clinics are In Office
• If you prefer to schedule at your convenience you can find availability at https://www.vaccines.gov/
• If the Influenza or COVID vaccine were received outside of Massachusetts , please upload the information vis MyChart
