Welcome to Children’s Medical Office!

Upload our practice brochure. This is a wonderful adventure and we are thrilled to work with you along the way.

Before your first visit with us, please have your past medical records sent to our office. Then, call our front desk to schedule a new patient appointment.

Let’s start by answering some questions…

Where are you located? 36 High St, North Andover, MA. West Mill  find us here
What are your office hours? We are open 7 days a week. Monday through Friday we open at 7am  See our hours page for detailed office hours. We observe 6 major holidays (New Year’s, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) when the office is closed but we are still on-call to help you.
What do I do when your office is closed? One of our providers is always on call to answer your questions or help with an acute medical issue. To contact us, call the main office number 978-975-3355 and follow the instructions to have the on-call provider paged.
How can I contact you outside of an office visit? During office hours the providers cannot be reached directly by phone. We always have same-day office visits and the front desk will make sure to get you in if you need to see someone. If you are calling for advice or to talk about a specific medical concern, you can schedule a virtual visit through your MyChart account. All of our providers may be contacted through your MyChart account. We make sure to answer messages within 2 clinical days. Please do not use MyChart to communicate with us about an urgent issue!
Which hospitals do you use? We are committed to outstanding pediatric care. We ask that our patients use ONLY Children’s Hospital Boston and Mass General Hospital for Children for all emergency care and routine specialist care. The only exception to this is if your child is transported to a local hospital by ambulance.
What is your policy on vaccines? All patients at our practice are fully vaccinated according to the CDC and AAP guidelines. We do not alter the vaccine schedule, we do not divide the vaccines over more visits, and we will not make other alterations to the recommended schedule. If you are thinking about using a modified vaccine schedule, we are not the practice for you.
