Rachel Martin MS, RD, LD is a pediatric dietitian with over a decade of experience supporting children from infancy through late adolescence in building a strong foundation for lifelong health. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from The Ohio State University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nutrition with a specialization in pediatrics at Arizona State University. Rachel has worked across a variety of settings, most recently providing inpatient nutrition care at Boston Children’s Hospital. She is passionate about making nutrition practical, approachable, and tailored to each child’s unique needs—whether it’s managing picky eating, growth concerns, or special dietary needs. Her warm, supportive style helps families feel confident and empowered on their wellness journey.
